Service without a smile. I use this service ONLY because of its convenience when I am in a pinch. The service is quality but you pay at least 50% more than Staples. Expect to have to come back in an hour for a mere 20 copies that need to be cut into thirds?? The staff is not very friendly or helpful so know what you want before you go...don't expect service with a smile and you'll be all set.
