Poor customer service. Sent a carb in and took 2 months to get a basic service done on it. Took forever to get a hold of anybody and multiple broken promises to call back or respond. Got the carb back after having to pay way to much just for it to still be filthy.
ordered an ecu upgrade called multiple times an sent emails no response. finally got ahold of some one an was told they could not do it cause they didn't have their bike said they should have the bike back Friday called back next week they said the same thing was told the same thing this happened over a month I had them refund my money an return my ecu to me seems like they would tell you they can't do it before purchase

Deliver the part that was ordered and paid for; Ty Davis responded they were swamped and would express ship It because of the delay in fulfillment. Still no part after two weeks.
I ordered a part from them and all I got was a order confirmation. I have called countless times and sent numerous emails and still no one has reached out to me. I would not recommend buying everything from them, buyer beware. I am not pleased by any means.
I ordered one of their tire changing tools almost 4 months ago and have called countless times as well as emailed multiple times, still no response of the status of my order. I haven't got a call back or email. the customer service is terrible if anybody can help me get ahold of them I would appreciate it I am doing this in hopes to have them get back with me hoping they actually care what people have to say about them
Recommendedbrought my cylinder head in for a rebuild, it was done on time and nice work. Ty took plenty of time to answer a few questions about my bike and how to improve it! Awesome.
