Changed my sister's civic car battery from here. Car was dead after a few months and he gave a jump start device and also helped by allowing a mechanic to come home with me. Replaced battery with warranty too, no cost to me. Amazing guy, brilliant service!
Came in thinking I needed an oil change, new filters, and coolant replaced. Nitesh looked everything over and told me clearly, no upsell nonsense, that only the oil change was actually needed. That alone says a lot. Prices are fair. Work is solid. You're not getting talked into things you don't need. The waiting area feels more like a lounge than a shop. Good wifi, snacks, drinks, plenty of room. Easy place to kill time. Trustworthy shop. I'll be back.

Nitesh at Zip In saved the day for us! A car breakdown is typically a really bad day. Being on vacation with your RV in another country with another 2 hours of travel planned for that day makes it even worse. We overheated and had to organize not only the towing of our vehicle but also our travel trailer after breaking down in a less than ideal spot.
