Based on my personal experience at ZIP IN AUTO. I needed a suspension alignment on my 2013 Hyundai Elantra because accidentally knocked the car out of alignment. My first instinct was to call a different shops around my area in Campbell, most of them responding by saying I needed to book an appointment and or they were super busy, but when I called Zip a nice lady on the phone picked up saying I could just bring my car the next day since my call was kinda late in the day, she told me the owner would be there to take care of ... read more
I had a great experience with Zip In Auto ! I brought my car in with an issue, and they fixed it quickly without any waiting period—which was such a relief. The service was professional, efficient, and hassle-free. Everyone was friendly and explained everything clearly. Another big plus was the waiting area—clean, comfortable, and honestly one of the nicest I’ve seen . It really made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend Zip In if you’re looking for reliable and fast service!
I don't know what's taken me so long to write a review, My family and I have been using Zip In Auto for many years. My daughter recently had her car repaired, and a situation occurred that most mechanics would have taken advantage of, not Nitesh. He is one of the most fair and honest people I've ever known. I cannot recommend he and his shop enough.
