BEWARE- DO NOT BOOK ZIPAIR! Customer Service is terrible- the small print in everything you book, is not like any other airline. Japan has just opened and they do offer any options and sold flights even though you could not board plane…Children we’re allowed to be booked on lie flat seats and this is also not an option, with no solutions and only messaging available for communication. Spend a little more money and get a much better experience.
I wanted to like airline very badly since it was very well priced. But honestly the worst staff and worst flying experience I've ever had (and I travel a LOT). I had a visa to my final destination and a 3 hour layover from lax to Tokyo for July 2022. I was aware Tokyo needed visa if you are leaving the airport But I was only doing a layover.
