Zions bank mortgage department is easily the WORST customer experience I have ever had. I got a great rate (my credit and the current market) & used them for my loan on my new home. Was double billed over 3 months ago for my mortgage- ACH transfer from my credit union. I’ve now spent a cumulative total of literal months working on getting it resolved, double digit hours of time wasted on hold and frustrating phone calls, and still no resolution.
