I have been coming to this branch for many years, and the former Branch Manager, Corey, was truly wonderful. She always took such good care of me and my family. Unfortunately, on my most recent visit I was turned away because the managers were too busy to assist me. I could see that the lady at the front desk was helping others and was quite busy. Worst bank ever can't even walk in and get change your a bank that's what you do.
Just a terrible customer service experience. Unprofessional and lazy. Just awful.
Needed to open a savings account for our estate planning. Tried to make an appointment and was told "just come in and we won't be long, there are two managers available." Went in and was told both managers were at lunch and the wait would be approximately 1hr.
