Geraldo was very helpful with my banking needs.
The new Branch Manager, Bryce, is wonderful. He took the time to help me with my accounts and listen to my frustrations with past managers we have worked with at this branch. We are excited to have a knowledgeable, caring manager again.
The Zions branch in Centerville was very helpful. Canyon, our bank teller, took extra time and effort to assist with our very specific request. We appreciate his willingness to provide excellent customer service.
I regret banking with Zions Bank. Even if you properly close down your bank with them they will still come after you for using their services. 8 years ago I banked with them and they still came after me to Garnish my pay check. They don't deserve any stars.
The other day, I visited the Zions Bank at the Parrish Lane Centerville location, and I would like to express my gratitude for the excellent staff and competent service I received there.
