Edmara, the Branch Manager at the Centerville Branch is very knowledgeable and helpful with all matters of banking. She knows the laws of banking and of the Land. She helped with our family trusts, IRA, and checking accounts for our parents. She remembered us and our family situation over a months time.
Had to wait a day to create a new checking account, but Gerardo was very courteous and thorough.

I came in to close two accounts that I had since 1994 because Zions has continued to make its fees and policies over the years to nickel and dime its customers.
