I had a wonderful experience with Yerusalem! She was kind, responsive, knowledgeable and very patient with my millions of questions. I found her prices to be very reasonable for the services provided. We will be using her for personal finance and business needs going forward.
We found Yerusalem last year and she was able to help us file our taxes jointly as a newly married couple. Shortly after paying her service fee and submitting paperwork we had difficultly getting ahold her her and when we were able to reach her she was distracted on the line and quite frankly her attitude was in different. Reluctantly, we reached out to her again this year to be met with an outrageous price increase with no further explanation other than her "price increased and that is her fee". I have been using Zion Yields for a couple years now for my personal and business taxes and have had a good experience and no problems. She is always patient and willing to answer questions for me. This year she helped me set up quickbooks for my business which made it easier to track and categorize expenses.
