Recommendedgreat staff very friendly. the place is very clean. tbe vet took the time to talk about my African Grey's and helped me do some things that might help his feathers grow i would recommend this place to you all my two birds and my cat and dog will be going here
I have been taking my dogs to Zion vet for years! and I always really appreciated their kind approach. my dog was very sick for a few days so I called and made an appointment with Zion Vet. I drove 30 minutes to get there, then got told that I have to wear a mask in order for the Doctor to see my dog. I walked out. I will not participate in wearing or conform to a mask. I'm sorry that you couldn't be troubled to wear a mask or stay in your car not wearing a mask while we treated your pet. Taking care of pets is our passion and focus but we also have to take care of our staff. I'm also sorry that you felt the need to cuss out the room technician in the presence of a high school volunteer. Your classless behavior has prompted me to take a no tolerance policy with verbal abuse from clientele. So sadly I owe this company like 45 dollars. Which with this pandemic I don’t even have that. But I found away to have that plus a little more so that I could take my 13 week old puppy who’s sister died last night from what I have been told is Parvo. They make me wait five hours for a phone call back so I called back they answer the phone and I receive that I will not be able to be seen unless I bring in money it’s not OK to shut people out especially over 40 $45 my baby can die and they don’t care and they’re supposed to be... read more
They are simply the best vet in Southern Utah. Both vets are caring and will never price gouge you. They always treat coco like she was their own.

I had a very ill cat and was told the only appointment they had was three weeks out but to call in the morning to see if there was walk in availability. I called for a week and every day was turned away. I never even even made it to see the vet before my poor cat passed away. (Ended up getting another appointment with a different local vet.)
I called Wednesday because my cat was very ill. I was told there were no openings that day, even though my cat was severely dehydrated. I was told to call the next morning at 8:00 to try to get a walk in appt. I began calling at 7:57 the next morning and finally left a message stating my cat was much worse and that I needed an appt for that day. No one returned my call.
