1 No hot water people always in lobby since I been there they just paint elevator always out of order People using the bathroom in the the whole building lights be going out

Zion Towers would be a better building if it were back in Raymond Marzulli's hands. We have air when it's cold and the blowers are blowing on the heat side! I know Radiant is trying to save money but not making the tenants suffer, they get plenty of money enough to save and make us comfortable at the same time. I'll bet they are cool today! Today is not the day to not have the air working, and then they want us to take our air conditioners out of the windows, Why, because we get air 1 or 2 days out of the month?
