I was disappointed in my overall experience there. When I go to a spa, I expect to experience a welcoming, relaxing environment. However, my experience at Zion Spa felt very transactional. This is true of the receptionist that checked me in, the technician, and the owner when I paid on my way out. The quality of the massage was good, but the interaction with the people was cold and off-putting. I won't be going back.
