Does not return calls, or help owners with real issues. Kim is using Turtle Lakes as her place of business, and struggles at best with her people skills. No follow through what so ever. The previous reviews pic’s about sums up how our whole property looks. Not a Property Manager for sure.
The maintenance sucks it leaks and has mold on the siling the filter look like they havent been changed in weeks. I can also find a for 1200. The ac barely works. The siling fans shakes when you turn it on and there is rats in the wall you can hear at night.
