This company is not trust worthy. The manager Miss Cindy said my daughter could get speech and then physical therapy services. I had provided all the insurance information, diagnoses, location etc before starting by services. I was told there would not be any issues and a speech therapist was available. The speech therapist came for a few weeks and then stopped due to scheduling issues. We then started PT, again after insurance verification by the company and confirming availability. My child absolutely loved his therapist Ms Samantha, but this office runs an unethical practice. My child was reevaluated by their head PT and after years of scoring a certain level all of a sudden scored high enough to be kicked out of service. After speaking to Cindy who owns the company I finally understood my child’s test score was manipulated to default denial just to remove my child from their service. We love all the people working for this company, they’re so nice and attentive
I’m happy with Zion Home Health services.
Had a couple of problems with past employees but the problem has been fixed and my kids really like ms.raven
