Great experience always wanted to do this
Thanks Ms Ava, Ms Faith.. this is my 3rd session, Anixety and depression was really intense, I feel neurofeedback is helping alot.. like most things, it comes with patience, put in the effort, see the results.. I'm just going with the flow.. putting my best step forward
