Brien was very cordial and professional. Zintex kept me informed of the project of changing a tub/shower combo to a walk-in shower along the way; from sale, scheduling and installation. Marco was our installer and did a wonderful job, working throughout the day until the job was completed in one day. I am enjoying the safety and convenience of our new walk in shower. It has all the items that we requested; safety bars, seat, shelves, shower head, and shower wand.
Dawn, account manager, communicated all information and answered my questions and continued to communicate with time that they would be arriving on install day. Brandon, the installer, called ahead about his arrival time and was on time. He went over the install before beginning. He was professional and courteous. Explained what was being done as he went through the different stages of this remodel. After install was completed, he showed how to operate the shower. He made sure that the bathroom was cleaned up. Dawn was are account manager everthing come in on time and the remodel started and finished right on time. Chris did a wonderful job installing our shower. He was very polite and nice and did a great job. Love our shower!
Daniel did great. Truly an asset to the company. Attention to detail was superb.
Great job. We love it!!!!. Our installer Brandon was such a gentleman and cleaned everything up. Super nice guy. Dawn has been very helpful with information and keeping me updated. Thanks to them both.
