I am so pleased with my new shower! The team that came out were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Eye was getting to the point that our tub/shower was tuff to negotiate. We had it installed fo safety, but we got a lovely addition to our home! In n out in two daze! We koodnt be more pleased...
The workmanship and people were very friendly. Their timing was right on and kept me in the loop through out the process. A two-day job took one day and then in 2 weeks we had our glass doors. The problem is that when we were with the salesman - He did his calculation and came up with a figure of $168.70 a month for what we were having done. I get my first bill and it's closer to $350.00. I ordered replacement of shower bin, sink and cabinets in our bathroom. The company promised installation within 2-3 days. The price was high but in return I expected professional and fast process . The shower bin was installed in one day with no issues. The problems began with the cabinet installation. My impression was that the installer is absolutely inexperienced with cabinets. Issues included messily applied molding, gaps between countertop and back wall, the cabinet door couldn't be fully opened because the cabinet was... read more

Zintex had challenges related to the cabinet install. We resolved the outstanding cabinet issues, the customer signed our certificate of completion stating the work completed was 100% satisfactory. Zintex was not made aware of the HVAC leak within the cabinet base. We talked to the customer after this review, the customer said he was satisfied with the work completed, we asked that the customer call us if any issues arise in the future. The customer then requested a refund to satisfy his complaint.
We really love our two new showers. Our experience with the company was very professional from the initial in home meeting through completion. The installers were professional and respectful of us and our home. We would recommend them.
