I have scheduled an appointment twice. They said they would call me they day before to confirm. I told them I work in a busy office and can't take time for personal phone calls. I asked them to confirm by texting. They said that was okay. Person texting to confirm at one point said I needed to call immediately. Another text said that my appointment was confirmed. I had several voicemails telling me to call immediately.??Terrible communication when making and confirming appointment
