I have posted a lot of reviews online and I very, very rarely give a negative review so please take my warning about the way this restaurant does business very seriously. My warning to anyone making a reservation here is to not provide you credit card in advance. The management here cannot be trusted. We placed our reservation through our hotel concierge. My favorite place! We had the BEST meal at Zino last night. Our server, Jessica was fantastic and the food was excellent. The chef is very attentive to food allergies and Zino is one of the only places in the Vail Valley that I feel safe eating at. They take extra precautions to prevent cross contamination with gluten and their gluten-free bread is to die for. I cannot recommend Zino Ristorante highly enough!
