I'm new to the city and called Zinn, based on the positive reviews I chose to give my business to them. After two weeks of waiting and leaving several voicemails, I finally reached a lady who took my information but never called me back. I reached her once again this morning only for the same lady to repeat wrong information that I left then to say, well 'HE' said there's nothing he can do. I'm very displeased with how this was mishandled. (My issue was plumbing repair but it's not a selection).

Very good services. I have been doing business with him for years. I am greatful to be able to rely on him when I have a problem with my heating and air unit
Great service, got to my home 30 mins after I called them. Alittle high on price but did a great job.
