First experience with Hydrafacial and it was awesome! Very nice salon, clean, modern and convenient location. The facial experience was very professional, relaxing and comfortable. The neck and chest are also moisturized. i highly recommend a Hydrafacial treatment to anyone looking to revive and rejuvenate your skin.

Facial was not 60 minutes. There was no steam unless it's considered the hot towels The other facials I have had in the past inclued neck,shoulder and upper arm massage.. There was no one to greet when you entered sat for 12 minutes and overheard conversations inthe back of salon "did anyone come in?" " no I don't think so" then approx 5 minutes later someone came up front and saw me there. Is not handicap accessible inside the building. All facial procedures are done on the second floor only accessible by a stair case.

Customer service needs improvement, it took me three weeks to get an appointment, left messages and nobody returned my call; finally someone called me back and when I related my concerns her response was that she was on vacation and didn’t take the phone with her, no need for that response! When I got there, at the entrance there’s a sign which says; “please take a seat” do I did and wait and waited for about 20 minutes before someone asked if I had an appointment to what I said yes, I do, with Celeste.
