this is one of my favorite stores in ptown and i look forward to it every year but when my family and i went today, we were followed by the "security" the entire time & stared at by the employees behind the counter. from the second we walked in we were followed. it was extremely uncomfortable and i didnt buy anything because of how horribly the staff made me feel.. i will absolutely not be going back to this store
Cute jewelry but terribly rude employees! I went in this morning to buy some pieces and the employee behind the counter was staring me down the whole time while I was browsing their selection and then gave me serious attitude when I asked her a question about a stone. I bought 2 rings and came back later to try to find something for my partner and they were even ruder!! The owner of the shop was so sweet, kind and helpful! She helped me try on an anklet that I loved when my hands were full. My sister and cousin also found some adorable earrings. 10/10 service and quality! Pretty affordable as well!
The owner(s) of this shop were exceedingly patient with my 8YO who had to work within a budget to find a piece of jewelry he wanted. Sensing his frustration tolerance waning, they generously gave him a necklace free of charge. There are kind people in the world - two of them work here! In addition to the benevolence of the shop owners, the jewelry selection is cute and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend.
This unique little Jewelry shop should be put on your "do not miss" list! The selection and the prices offer something for everyone. What really makes this shop stand out from the others is their staff. I shopped there not once, but twice on my recent trip to P-town! I received excellent customer service from some of the most genuine, caring people I've had the pleasure of meeting. Do yourself a favor and stop in to Zinnia Jewelry when in Provincetown!
