My case mgr was great everyone that I was in recovery with was awesome and all the staff treated me great over all a outstanding experience.
This place is amazing. It's my first time in rehab and this place has given me lots of hope for my recovery journey.98% of the staff are recovering addicts. With that, this is a no judgement zone for addicts and the staff really understands us on a deep level. My only complaint is the phone time allowed to call family. 3 15 minute calls a week is not enough. Cardinal has made me stronger physically, mentally, and spiritually. The people are great , food is good. But the facilities are falling apart. Heat never works, was in the cold my entire stay in December , and had to endure sexual harassment from other residents, Without any help from staff. I only give 2 stars because I’m sober today.
