Charges way to much. Calls things emergency when they are not. Staff is rude and untruthful. For 5 minutes and one X-ray I was charges $250
The entire staff and Dr. Regala were amazing. My daughter actually enjoyed herself. What a great dentist for kids!!
Dr Regala is thee best with kids! The office is done up to appeal to children and my son and daughter love it! My son had a cavity between his two front teeth and Dr Regala fixed it as he enjoyed Sponge Bob. She was gentle and let my husband and I sit in the room with him and hold his hand. The staff is wonderful and I really just can not say enough great things about them!!!
Dr Regala has a really good bedside manner for children. The dental assistants are all very nice too. They do make you pay all costs upfront for the first dental exam to establish credit however. The front desk people could be a little more helpful in explaining the payment options and plans.
I was referred to Dr. Regala by a neighbor, and this was the best thing I could have done for my children, ages, 7 & 3. I did not have a great experience with the dentist as a child, and that was the last thing I wanted for my children. The doctors and staff are all A+ in my book. My 3 year old had to have an extraction and believe me, it was more painful for me than him. That's the way it should be. I can confidently and would gladly refer Dr. Regala. The Gonzalez family
