With interest rates too high to buy a new home, we asked Zinn Design Build to make changes and add on to our current residence. It now feels like we have a brand new home. We loved the calm, practical yet creative process they provided, and the end result is perfect.
We had been thinking of doing some remodeling in our house when a friend recommended Zinn Design Build. When we met with Carol Ann we were immediately impressed by her experience, knowledge and professionalism; she had great suggestions and ideas. We especially appreciated the fact that she listened and paid attention to our wants and needs. I had a great experience with Zinn Design Build. They installed a hood vent in my kitchen. The installation was not standard, and I am thankful to have Jason's expertise managing this work. They did an amazing job with all the other work and setting expectations. Carol Ann had many helpful insights that made the remodel better than I could have imagined.

They both made you feel like you were their only client.Their crew is efficient and take pride in their work. Outside, I wanted to keep as many trees as possible and they worked with us to accomplish that.
I have seen many Zinn Design Build homes, both those of my friends and some for sale on the market, and they are outstanding examples of design and fine craftsmanship. When we get ready to build in Chapel Hill, we will definitely use Carol Ann and her team.
