Our home was built 6 years ago, so having lived in it for that time, I feel I can adequately rate the quality. This is 4th home I have owned and the 2nd new build, so I have some experience in assessing build quality. With interest rates too high to buy a new home, we asked Zinn Design Build to make changes and add on to our current residence. It now feels like we have a brand new home. We loved the calm, practical yet creative process they provided, and the end result is perfect.

I had a great experience with Zinn Design Build. They installed a hood vent in my kitchen. The installation was not standard, and I am thankful to have Jason's expertise managing this work.
