I previously worked for a multi campus non profit organization serving thousands of people weekly. My job involved ordering print material for all campuses on a quarterly basis. After comparing pricing with several companies I found zing to be reasonable, exceptional print quality and great customer support!! Thank you Zing Printing!!
Made a purchase to print manual about 310 pages. Never received email confirmation order or shipping date. Still have not received anything but of course they charged my credit card. Been trying to email, chat and call but all resulted in zero responses or answers… it’s been 10 days since we made our order.
I just received my books and postcards, and their quality is superb. However, I was very frustrated by the timing and lack of communication - the website says "ships in 3 days" but my products weren't shipped for 3 weeks. The only status updates I received were when I called and actually got a person on the line. So... if you're not under a deadline, the quality and price are excellent, but don't count on them to be as quick as they advertise!
I placed an order two weeks ago and haven’t received any updates. Called the number on their website multiple times - always rings busy. Emailed the address on their site - no response. So they took my money and aren’t delivering the product. Do not use this company.
