First I want to say stay away from this property group. They run a horrible business. When tenants like myself have complained for over 2.5 months now and corporate doesn’t call you back you know they care less about the people that rent from them and only care about the month to month rent. I have so many complaints about the property I live in; PATCHEN OAKS in Lexington Ky and they will NOT contact me back. Keep your money and go somewhere else and pay a little more. I've reached out to Zinger as well as the apts in my city and no one has responded back. Seems like the reviews left are certainly left by employees. My job offers a discounted rate but no one has returned my call or email. The only way to talk to an agent is by appointment. I give up. No need to respond telling me to call or email. I've been there and done that. How bout someone respond to the emails I've already sent! My advice, find a more dependable property group.

Very poor customer service. Never call you back. They're not helpful at all. Had very bad experience with them regarding solving billing issues. An advice : keep away renting from this property.

I never signed a lease to this property but they are having jetty take payments out my account. Jetty says they need permission from the apartment complex then i call Autumn springs and they say the owner ship has changed. I have called and called and no one had returned my phone call. I am paying money somewhere i don’t live!l and never have and never signed a lease too. I am going to file a small claims court. This is ridiculous crooks!
