Excellent customer service
I will have to agree that a few of the staff can be unprofessional. The home I rented at 19003 Dee Woods Drive 77346 and was past fair condition. I moved from out of state so the management company is new to me. Well they collect the money, make ideal threats, know that the condition of a home is not up to par and still take the account. Delay in responding to emails and work order. I had uncountable amount of leaks, including toilets, roof, entry way was like a rainfal when it rain. Multiple holes that welcome predators. Would not answer the phone, voice mail was full for three days, drove to the address and it didn't exist. Seems like they are just collecting application fees on line.
