Everything with the install went smoothly. Even though their install teams don't normally install on Saturday, they did for us, to accommodate our schedule. They were very friendly and courteous.
Top notch work the install team went way beyond what I expected of them. The electricians were amazing. If anyone is thinking about installing solar. These are the guys
I've been very impressed with Zing. All the technicians were on time, respectful and knowledgeable. They did a great job on the install. I can't wait to get the solar up and running!
We were generally pleased with the product and workmanship...problems or errors were resolved and we appreciated their accountability and sincere desire to make sure we were taken care of. Sometimes it seemed like there was a lack of communication between the workmen and our concierge...and some things in the process seemed very slow. However, we were happy with the way they took care of permits and inspections so we didn't have to worry about coordinating that.
