This company is the WORST provider I have ever had. No one speaks fluent English. You can never speak with anyone stateside, even if they call you and leave a voice mail, when you call them back they refuse to transfer you to them, and they always claim, "We don't have a supervisor you can speak with". I would give 0 stars if possible. My father is in a nursing home and was scammed into signing up for this insurance. I hold his power of attorney, and he doesn't make any decisions like this. I called to make sure it was canceled but had worked with Medicare to stop this from starting on August 1st. I got someone who barely spoke English and told me there were no supervisors that I could speak to.
