Do not take ur special needs children there. Wanted to tie him down. Treated us like fools. Talked down on my autistic child needs then didn't refer us to a dentist who does. Said find them urself. Worst dental ever.
Most Unprofessional and Unorganized Practice. If there was an option for zero stars, that would be my rating for the practice. Recommend never making an appointment with this practice. This office is the most unprofessional I've ever witnessed and should not be allowed to practice. They have no concern for patients and emergency situations and no respect for patients on medi-cal. I call this office to make an appointment they gave me two months out before I can see the dentist then I had another appointment to get a fill it took another two months then when I got there after calling the office all morning to confirm my appointment they finally answer the phone they told me my appointment was at 11am I quickly rushe over I had forgot to grab my wallet with my ID when I got there the secretary she looked at me and told me the dentist cannot see you if you don't have an ID. now keep in mind two months b... read more
I brought my kids to this Dental Office recently and it proved to be VERY unprofessional. My son had to be referred to a pediodontist because he was to young and freaked out to get work done in a general practice. The front Office lady gave us the worst time referring him out, she would rather strap him down in the chair to get the work done than to refer him out. I was there early for my appointment. My appontment was at 10:30 and I told to be take a seat and wait. I waited and waited it was already 11:00 am and i ask the reception is how long the wait is she said just 10 more minutes i said ok. Highly Perturbed – I will agree with Worse Children's Dentist. I am so upset at what my three year old had to go through and it was his first time to the dentist. I was not there, I had my mom take him because I knew I wouldnt be able to handle him cry and be scared over getting a filling or two. Come to find out, it was MUCH worse than that. Honest Dentist – After having two corporate dentists run up the bill with unneeded dentistry it was good to find an honest dentist that was out to serve the patient.
Worst Children's Specialist – These people are the MOST unfriendly people. The ONE time I took my child here he was 3 and they refused to allow me (the MOTHER) to go in with him. Last time I checked we raise our children to not associate with stranger's... and then they expect me to tell them it's ok to go with them. As far as I'm concerned I would be telling my son its ok to go with strangers. STUPID.
