Warning to anyone considering financing through Zinc Auto Finance: STAY AWAY! These guys are absolute crooks. I put down a substantial down payment thinking it would reduce my car balance right away, but months later, none of it was applied to the principal. My balance stayed exactly the same, like the money just vanished into their pockets. To make it worse, they collected sales tax from me as part of the deal but never forwarded it to the state. I spoke with an agent diane over the phone very briefly because of how rude she was. I honestly cannot fathom how somebody so rude is allowed to talk to customer.
