Good Burger Great Wine...WORST beer tender (not a bartender) Ever!!!�� Took my order for wine..then walked by me twice... But I will say this only reflects on him..the mgr. over heard my complaint to him..and was kind enough to apologize to me for the bad service..and offered compensation..but I refused ..as it was not the product ..but His service
I visited zinburger for the first time yesterday, and I was not sure what to expect. The service was fast and friendly...the burger was huge and extremely well flavored!! I highly recommend this place to any burger lover :) I will definitely be back!!!
Possibly the best burger we've eaten out. Our service was excellent as well.
The food is good. However, the service is consistently terrible. It took 20 minutes just to get water. Then we were served in plastic cups. There's never enough wait staff but no less than 3 hosts. It's probably time for new management.

My husband ordered his burger well done, and they served it medium rare....yes, the pink middle was cool. I ordered mine med rare, and got mine dry and well done. We looked around and saw people who came in after us getting their meal. We waited a total of 40 minutes for our meal to come to us. Oh, and they do charge for soda refills. After all that, 2 burgers with fries and 2 sodas with 1 refill each was $44.00 and some change. Not going back.
