This is the second transaction I work with Zinati Kay. Knowledgeable, reasonable cost, professional. Karen in particular was super helpful and took care of things swiftly. Closing on a home is always a bit stressful so it pays to work with a firm that has literally done this hundreds of times all around Toronto. No hesitations to recommend.

My experience with Zinati Kay Law Firm was extremely disappointing due to repeated inaction and mismanagement of my file—particularly regarding an extension request mishandled by Mr. Leroy Law. On April 3, 2025, my file was allowed to fall into default without my knowledge or consent.
