We had a great experience with Zinati Kay for our buy and sell. We communicated mainly with law clerk Carolyn, who was very responsive to our questions. The team was organized and timely with their paperwork. They made our closing days very stress free.
I had a difficult closing but Jonathan Mak and team persevered and got the deal done. I would definitely work with them again and I highly recommend them. The overall process is great given the fixed cost and digital platform.
