Good experience with legal assistant Crystal. She was very responsive and helped us through the process. There are several lawyers who work under Johnny Zinati and ours was very good at explaining everything. The price was decent. There’s a flat fee (plus other charges like wire transfer fees, bridge loan fee, etc etc) but still a little lower than other real estate lawyers.
Zinati Kay are incredible lawyers, they helped with my close as a first time home buyer with absolute grace! Through the complications, confusion and everything, they ensured I was fully aware of everything happening and the steps to take to sort it out. I would also like to give a special note to Karen, she was absolutely incredible and always available through this entire process! I will be using Zinati Kay when I eventually sell my new property!
