Great firm, we just used them for our condo sale and house purchase and I would definitely recommend them. Special shout out to Karen who worked our files. She was amazing!
I recently worked with Zinati Kay for my real estate transaction and had a great experience. Carolyn took the time to answer my many questions in detail. All items were completed efficiently and on time, and helped keep the closing smooth. The transparency throughout the entire process was very much appreciated.
We were highly recommended to work with Zinati Kay by our real estate agent to help with closing with our house, and they did not disappoint. We worked with John Zinati, Mike Stavrakis, and their legal clerk, Crystal, who made our experience seamless and stress free. Communication was impeccable and quick. They answered any question we had and took the time to explain all the documents to us prior to us signing anything. I would definitely recommend Zinati Kay to anyone looking for a great experience.

They took the time to confirm that my wife qualified for the first-time home buyer land transfer tax rebate, even though I did not. Thei... read more
