We bought a wonderful house with Zina. She supported us throughout the entire challenging process. Zina always did everything on time and answered all our questions. Our journey with Zina began at one of her listings. She immediately assisted us, even though that home did not match our needs. When we did find a home, Zina was there for every step along the way. We were buying 3 acres and Zina told us that to make sale go thru timely we needed to remove the half acre with the old homestead on it because appraisal for VA loan called out a lead abatement on it even though it was not primary residence and sellers didn't want to spend a dime. Zina misrepresented our real-estate deal, lied and walked away from us when she realized that there was nothing she could do. Our deal initially was 2 properties brokered, but one had an old house on it from 1920s and it required lead testing on the paint. The deal was to remove the property from the deal and we could buy it for 1 dollar after our deal closed. We'll the one dollar deal turned into $6600.00 So because that property was part of our agreement both agents agreed to put up 2500 each, so this could be completed an... read more
