I can’t imagine having a worse experience with an agent. We made a strong offer on the property she had listed, but it felt like rather than facilitate agreement, she got in the way. I sincerely feel that if the sellers had any other agent, we would have come to terms and bought the home. We actually watched and waited for the home to come on the market with a different agent to reconsider it. Unfortunately for the sellers, we found other options in the meantime.
