I had been looking for a very specific piece of jewellery for over 10 years here in Guelph and in surrounding cities with no success. When I walked into Zimochod Jewellers, he took the time to understood exactly what I was looking for, and while other jewellers would ask their suppliers for a quote to create my piece, Zimochod gave me a quote to make the piece himself. Had my engagement ring apprasied and would definitely recommend! The ring never leaves the store and it doesn't take weeks to come back. I had my ring back within 4 days. Owner is very nice and explained the whole process prior and then sat down with me again to go over the appraisal paperwork. Great experience

I had a ring resized. Pleasant experience. Owner was a nice older man. He was able to have it done by the next day, and his price was more reasonable than some of the other jewellery shops downtown.
