RecommendedThe owner does great work and he is very trustworthy. However, the negative comes into play with the woman who does the billing. We set up three checks for a payment plan. One check wasn't deposited until 3 weeks after the original date written on the check because she forgot. During a conversation I had with her she agreed to push back the second check by 2 weeks however that was not done either. The automotive work they do is great but the billing is not!
I love and trust these people. I have used them exclusively for about 8 years. They keep my 2003 Camry running great with 211,000 miles.

Their tow driver was patient and Blaine, owner, worked with me establishing an affordable replacement price for alternator and battery. They had me on my way to work within hours�. I am very happy and highly recommend Zimmer's.
