RecommendedThe owner does great work and he is very trustworthy. However, the negative comes into play with the woman who does the billing. We set up three checks for a payment plan. One check wasn't deposited until 3 weeks after the original date written on the check because she forgot. During a conversation I had with her she agreed to push back the second check by 2 weeks however that was not done either. The automotive work they do is great but the billing is not!
I love and trust these people. I have used them exclusively for about 8 years. They keep my 2003 Camry running great with 211,000 miles.
Professional Service with compassion. My car broke down after hours...my after hours call for help Delva, owner, calmed me, gave me encouragement and peace of mind. Their tow driver was patient and Blaine, owner, worked with me establishing an affordable replacement price for alternator and battery. They had me on my way to work within hours�. I am very happy and highly recommend Zimmer's.
Awesome service, fast, inexpensive and no extra hidden fees! Went in for a wheel hub change and was out in two hours! Definitely will be recommending to all I know!
My truck started having problems over a week ago and I took it to a few places around town and got some startling quotes to replace a part in it. Not one of them was less than $800. A friend of mine then recommended Zimmer's Auto because he's been going to them for years and he says their customer service and price was always good. Good garage is hard to find. Blain Zimmer is one of the few excellent mechanics I have gone to with my cars over last 38 years in Austin. He worked on many makes of cars and trucks.
