I would give zero stars, if that were a possibility. We had a new roof installed by Zimmerman's Roofing shortly after we bought our house 15 years ago (someone recommended them to us). We had problems with it almost from day one. First, the gutters were improperly installed. Rain was running off the edge of the roof and not into the gutters.
