Brandon extremely efficient, great at his job. And sociable
Extreme winds a few weeks ago ripped asphalt shingles and caps from the peak of my roof. Upon discovering it, Zimmerman Roofing who installed my roof originally came out right away to assess and fix the damage on the spot. They ran to New Holland to purchase my new materials and returned promptly. Brandon Hess was wonderful, very professional, and experienced. Our emergency service experience so far has been amazing. Their quick response made me feel so comfortable with the path to fix my concerns. Thankful
I have a small piece of siding that came off but due to the height will likely need a roofer to tack it back up. Called this place because it states they are “open 24 hours”. With an impending storm I’m worried about water getting in. They are unable to even take a look at it within the next 72 hours. Do not call this business for emergency issues.
