Cody Benjamin came to the house to prep for an estimate on fixing a leak causing interior water damage. He was extremely thorough, knew exactly what he was doing and what to look for, and was very professional. He's a great communicator and explains what he's doing well. He spent almost two hours inspecting and, after determining what needs to be done, explained it all and also made sure I understood what work needs to be done to fix the leak and to obtain the "no leak" warranty. I contracted with this company for vinyl siding replacement, which was completed in late spring. Every time a particularly bad storm blows through I have to pick up pieces of siding that have blown off my house. Each time there is no evidence that a faster was used to hold it in place.
