I hate writing less than a 5-star review for Zimmerman. But, I’m splitting a 3-star and 5-star review. My salesperson, Dennis C. was the best. 5-stars. He found me exactly what I wanted and followed through on delivery. I was trading an almost new truck (it was hard on my back) for the same year Jeep. Even with paying the difference outright, I somehow felt sort of slimed by the experience once I got to the execution of the deal. 3-stars for that. We were only given $8k on our 2015 Grand Cherokee Limited one owner trade as they claimed it was going to auction due to it's high milage. I had just changed the oil, installed new tires and had the (common) defective oil cooler replaced for $2300.00. I just pulled up their website and what do you know....they now have it for sale for $15k. Yeah, a $7k markup. Love the car, appreciate my salesman, but unhappy with the sales manager. I bought a beautiful used Fiat from Zimmerman, but the touchscreen did not work. After advertising and selling me the car as a Lusso model, they tried to say the model was only a Classica - which a touchscreen is not standard on. This is conflict with the original window sticker which says it is a Lusso, and inconsistent with the amount I purchased for the car, which was based upon blue book value of the higher trim.
