This is NOT the old Zimmermann’s Meat Market! Went in to purchase some Baby Back Ribs and I was told they didn't have any, to come back in a couple of days. As a matter of fact they didn't have much on display. Not sure what the plan is but don't call yourself a meat market if you are not planning on being a meat market. If you don't know what a meat market looks like, Go out to Weeks in Richmond and copy that place!
Great service. Super friendly. We bought the back to school PKG and it is fabulous. The meat is delicious and the portion size is perfect. Looking forward to buying more.
