A very positive experience I investigated composite roofing but am glad I stayed with shake. I appreciate the in-depth discussion I had with them on some of the benefits of shake, such as it breathes compared to composite. We are very pleased with the results. The shakes Zimmerman used are heavy duty and I have confidence they will last for many, many years.

Recently had our Carmichael home re-roofed and it was a very pleasant experience.The price was very good and the workmanship was excellent. It was so good, in fact, that I recently signed a contract with Zimmerman to have my rental house re-roofed as well.

Well organized. I'm a physician and they worked around my odd hours. The clean up each day and attention to details was impressive. Some of my neighbors used different roofing contractors and all of them told me they wish they'd used Zimmerman Reroofing instead. Proof that you get what you pay for. I went with them because I don't believe that the low bid gets the job.

I used Zimmerman for Roof Repairs and Reroofing. They came out right away and fixed my 1st leak. Then last year, I had additional leaks in a section of my roof that had not been repaired. Once again, their service department corrected the problem. When I was ready to replace my 30 year old heavy shake roof this fall, I wanted to use their services again. Zimmerman ReRoofing did an excellent job of replacing my home¿s shake roof with a tile roof. They did a good job of reinforcing that part of the house as needed to support the weight of the heavier tile. My new roof looks beautiful and actually enhances the appearance of my home. Great Job ReRoofing My Home At A Fair Price – As a new homeowner, I’m very wary about the people I entrust to work on my home. Zimmerman ReRoofing did a great job on my roof, at a fair price, and in a timely manner. Their employees were unfailingly respectful and courteous. Re-roofing is a hassle, but my experience with this company was on balance very positive. A job well done!
