A very positive experience I investigated composite roofing but am glad I stayed with shake. I appreciate the in-depth discussion I had with them on some of the benefits of shake, such as it breathes compared to composite. We are very pleased with the results. The shakes Zimmerman used are heavy duty and I have confidence they will last for many, many years.

Zimmerman roofing was great. Dave was very responsive and knowledgeable and followed up on every step. The crew was prompt, efficient, professional and respectful. The roof looks beautiful.

Zimmerman did a great job. He was fast, efficient, respectful of our property and the neighbors and was well priced. I highly recommend them.

This used to be a pretty good company so my experience was especially disappointing.They did a very poor job and did not Adequately fix the leak - And they were very expensive to boot. They did however arrive on time, as the other commenters said But I cant help but wonder if the other comments were written by the owner Dave? I say this because my experience was so different.

I just went to this awful place to get a piece of tile that is missing on my roof. The lady at the counter said. (Well she was too lazy to get up and help me) that they are located on your left. I came back in after looking for a bit and asked the owner a question (I know nothing about roofing) he was also grumpy and answered in a rude way. I went out and think I found the right piece came back asked what the price was, the lady was at least walking around this time and was told they do not accept debit cards. Dear Dave, Thank you for the wonderful job you and your crew did on my roof. I know that it was done in the most expedient way possible, even with weather conditions being so uncooperative. The photo reports were very helpful. Not only was I able to decide what parts of the roof to be repaired, but also I was able to see the results after completion.
