Got your "We've Missed You" email today..it adds insult to injury. You REFUSED to do an oil change on my '19 Camry (AFTER I MADE THE APPOINTMENT AND AFTER I SHOWED UP AT YOUR SHOP)...because I gave you a bad review re: servicing the check engine light on my Dodge Viper (recall that your shop COMPLETELY missed the cause of it's check engine light?), Get a grip! If you can't take criticism, THEN DON'T SEND OUT SURVEYS! I give out praise as much or more than criticism, Dan!

I had been taking my 2 cars in the past yr, based on the generally positive feedbk, except he screwed up while replacing the brakes, but won't own up to it. Mistakes are not uncommon, but u lost me as a customer when u didn't keep up ur word.
Excellent Shop. The work is always good, the prices are very fair and transparent. Dan makes the process very easy. Dont let his quiet, calm demeanor trick you, he genuinely cares about his clients and their cars and runs a first class shop.
