I've had both good and bad landlords and I'm happy to say Zimmerman has been one of the best management interactions I've ever had. Especially because of the more personal interactions you're able to have.
Used to be great until Mark died and his incompetent family ember took over. Lived with mold for 7 months due to a leak in the ceiling that she ignored. Pretty sure she didn't even notify the homeowner immediately. Constantly lies regarding interactions.
Very disappointed in my experience with Sacha Gash I’m a prospective renter. Scheduled a showing for a rental and she canceled an hour prior. Rescheduled for the next day. I sent her a text 7 minutes after our scheduled appointment, no response. I waited about 7 more minutes, finally called her. She answered with a very unprofessional ’hello’. We had the pleasure of renting property in Castle Rock through Zimmerman & Associates for over 3 years. Both Mark and Keri were extremely professional and made the move in and move out process smooth. We only had a couple minor repairs during our stay and Mark responded immediately. He coordinated with professional technicians who quickly completed repairs in full. After owning 2 homes over the past 20 years, we were hesitant to enter the rental market again.
