Earlier this year, I visited this dealership to purchase a skid steer. I spent considerable time with the salesperson discussing my needs and finding the right machine for my work. During the process, I asked multiple times whether the machine was brand new, and I was repeatedly told that it was. After the purchase, I later discovered the machine was actually a 2024 model, not a current-year model as I had believed.
