Zimmer installed two systems in my home, one for the upstairs and one for the downstairs. They also did the maintenance and charged me almost $800 a year for it. One technician left the air filter system's door in the attic open and when I kept contacting Zimmer and telling them there was a problem, they kept making excuses and denying it until another company went into the attic and saw that it was not put on properly. I dealt with another heating & cooling company for 20 years. They recently installed a new heat pump and air handler for us. I was having a problem with the unit would continue to run up to 3-4 hours after the set temp. was achieved . They returned twice but could not correct the problem. I got feed up with them and contacted Zimmer. The tech. Zac found the problem within one half hour. He had to order the part and Marcus returned 2 days later and installed the part.I will continue to deal with Zimmer in the future, very hap... read more
