called to get some help with parts for my Volkswagen. they would not give out the part numbers for the parts I needed. was just looking for some simple help with a project I'm working on. they even went as far as getting the manager involved with my simple part number request. I've called numerous parts places before and they've been plenty help with giving out part numbers so it seems fairly unprofessional to not give those out. will choose to do business with other dealers over this one in the future.
I stopped by today because my car died at work. We were able to get it started again and I immediately took it in just to get checked out. I called beforehand to let them know that I would be in shortly and the woman on the phone was very friendly and professional. When I got there, Scott looked at my car and checked my battery for no charge. He easily explained what was going on (luckily it seems to be okay), and was also very friendly and professional. I’d definitely go back! Thanks!
