I recently got a flat tire, driving my daughter-in-law‘s car. I had my two young grandsons in the car and Zimbrick Volkswagen of Middleton was close by. I called them and they assured me they would help me out. I pulled up and two employees came to the car and proceeded to change the tire immediately. Another employee came out to check on us a couple of times. After the tire was changed, they had me pull into a service bay where they checked all of the tires and filled them up with air. I don't want to add negativity to our current social climate, yet I do want to help others by my post if possible. We kept regular maintenance on our car, moved to the area and took it to Zimbrick for service. At 49,000 miles we spent thousands of dollars on "necessary" services...at the end of that, the engine light came on. Three months in the shop, 3 thousand more with " confidence" that it was fixed.
