Zimbrick VW Middleton is hands down the most incompetent and infuriating dealership I’ve ever dealt with. We bought two brand new VWs from them just two years ago, and every single interaction since has been a complete disaster. They never know how to fix anything, they string you along with excuses, and their so-called “customer service” is nothing but dismissive attitudes and rude managers who clearly couldn’t care less about their customers. Its actually 0 stars. They never respond to any calls or emails. I dropped my car off and it took 10 days for anyone to call me back. horrible customer service
