Bought a used id.4 pro s from them and could not be happier! Great service, took the time to go over during testing but left enough for me to explore. Lots of fun to drive, cool features and an amazing sound system.
Saved again my Zimbrick. I was driving home when all of a sudden my GTI lost power and seemed to be limping along. Instead of heading home, I diverted to Zimbrick, hoping to get there before the car totally died. When I rolled up to the service entrance, a friendly face asked me "What's up?" I explained the situation, and he immediately went to get a mechanic to check the codes that were stored. To make a long story shorter, the ignition coil was shot.
