I really enjoyed my experience throughout my car buying journey with Zimbrick. They answered a non-traditional question I had about an employee discount promptly and they made the process easy and enjoyable. With Tom, it wasn’t sales-speak and he assisted me over multiple days. Had my car towed there without making an appointment in the middle of the night because my car broke down in the middle of the night talk to them that morning and they said that it would take them two weeks before they could fix my car which is fine Two weeks later I called and they forgot about me and never scheduled me to get in and then told me they would get to it as soon as possible They refuse to offer me a loaner car A week after that, I called and asked for an update and they told me it was gonna be another two weeks... read more
