Bought a car a couple weeks ago, I live 2 1/2 hours away I realize that’s not their problem but I gave them the opportunity to fix several things that I message my sales person about a couple days after I bought it and he Said they would get back to me and schedule it to get looked at, I did not hear back from him and I messaged him about a week and a half later and he let me know that he no longer works there, probably because the two different sales managers of the used car part of the dealership both of their responses wh... read more

I have had three solid experiences at Zimbrick. My friends Minivan was dying and she needed a minivan for a trip out of state the same day. The sales person was amazing. Straight shooter. He found her a Used but seemingly mint Honda Odyssey and within a couple of hours, we drove off with the car. I work with her, see the car and drive with her all of the time.
