Added rtv to my coil pack. Dripped down to my spark plugs and I had to go in a replace them all. I took in just to have a gasket replaced. Never told them to do anything to my coil packs
I purchased a bumper to bumper warranty on an Infiniti I bought from their used car department. It cost over 2000 extra. Bought it for peace of mind of course. When my ECM failed (twice!!) they blamed it on the company that installed my DUI interlock device. Supposedly the interlock company drilled thru the fire wall allowing water to leak in and short it out. Friendly staff. Very prompt with return calls and service. Car came back to me cleaner than I left it. They listened intently to my concerns, and explained the limitations in their abilities to diagnose. Main issue was resolved lightning fast. Got a great video from the tech of my issue. A+ gang.
